Trignolino del Molise is a sloe-based liqueur produced by Officine Naturali, a very modern company located in Bagnoli del Trigno. The company deals with the cultivation of medicinal plants and their transformation. Officine Naturali offers its line of liqueurs based on berries and medicinal plants without the addition of dyes and additives. The sloe is an ancient fruit very common in Molise and known for its astringent properties. The name Trignolino recalls the dialect name of the fruit: "trigno". The tirgnolino has a delicate taste and it leaves a light bitter note on the palate.

The spelled cakes are made exclusively with selected spelled blown. Rich in nutritional properties, they are an excellent alternative to rusks. They contain little fat and a lot of fiber. Thanks to their thickness they are easy to use as a base for jams, fruit compotes and spreadable patés.

Tintilia is one of Molise's few indigenous grape varieties, rustic, very cold-resistant, not very vigorous and characterised by rather low productivity. This Tintilia has an intense ruby red colour with garnet hues. The nose has intense aromas of plum, blackberry, and spicy notes. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping.

Sandra and Dario Trucco's honey di sulla is produced in the Petrella Tifernina area. It is a pale yellow, straw-coloured, almost transparent honey. It crystallises quickly and has a whitish colour tending to beige. It has a very delicate flavour, a sweet taste (with no bitter aftertaste) and a pleasant aroma of wild herbs. Honey is useful in treating flu-like conditions, helps to soothe coughs and has antibacterial functions. In addition, it is a valuable source of energy, useful for athletes, children, pregnant women, convalescent persons and the elderly.
